Licensed Housing Weekend Program Manager – Staten Island 
Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, provides multiple levels of residential services in the Bronx, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. BOH is seeking a Weekend Program Manager for its Licensed Housing Programs on Staten Island. The Weekend Program Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight and management of BOH’s sites that provide housing to individuals with serious mental illness. The Weekend Program Manager manages all aspects of housing operations as regulated by the New York State Office of Mental Health. Work Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including paid lunch hour, and on-call status from Saturday morning through Monday morning. Salary commensurate with experience; $28 - $30 hourly.  
Job Requirements: 
  • Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline 
  • License in a mental health discipline preferred 
  • Three years of experience working with the mental health population 
  • Strong and effective communication and negotiating skills  
  • Excellent computer, organizational, time-management and communication skills 
  • Must be courteous, responsive, and take initiative in the execution of job responsibilities
