Description

 Responsibilities:   
  •  Work closely with the Program Director to assist in all administrative and clerical matters  
  •  Responsible for monitoring and submitting staff attendance sheets  
  •  Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party  
  •  Maintain and update participants’ files for the Program  
  •  Support the summer program  
  •  Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness the office  
  •  Responsible for office supply orders  
  •  Printing and distributing attendance sheets for programs/activities  
  •  Entering attendance for programs/activities, staff information, and participant data into              database  
  •  Processing distribution and data entry of enrollment and other programmatic documents  
  •  Organizing and maintenance of collected attendance sheets, enrollment forms, and other          program documents  
  •  Process and track invoices and Approval For Payment (AFP) forms on Cognizant               and Chrome River  
  •    Other duties may be assigned.  

Salary: $19.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour, this is a non-exempt hourly position based on a 35 hours work week or $34,580-$40,040 annually.


Qualifications: 

  •    High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.    
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.  
  •  Good communications and organizational skills.  
  •  Microsoft Office proficient.  

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:  
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are 35 hours Monday – Saturday,                          1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Saturday is a flexible day according to the program needs. 

Working conditions and physical demands required:  

  • The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullperform the essential functions of this job.  
  • Ability to work with the public and/or youth.  
  • Remain in a stationary position at a work station and use a computer at least 70% of the time.  
  • Ambulate when monitoring, or engaging in, activities.
