If that is you, then look no further! Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan and Ulster has a Program Director position open in our Newburgh Clinic.
We provide 4 weeks of vacation, 8 personal/sick days, and 12 paid holidays.
$70,000 - $75,000 annually.  This range is dependent upon credentials or licensure status.
Summary:
The Program Director is responsible for all administrative and clinical oversight, as well as the overall management of the clinic operations. The Program Director will serve as liaison with the community providers, referral sources, Department of Social Services, and all legal entities. The Program Director will ensure that the clinic is in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Supervision of clinical and administrative staff.
2. Clinical supervision of all clinical staff.
3. Ensure appropriate supervision and oversight of all student interns and per diem staff.
4. Make recommendations to the Clinical Director regarding the hiring, promotion, probation or termination of employees.
5. Ensure implementation and oversight of quality improvement activities including: quality assurance, incident reporting, performance improvement, Client Satisfaction Surveys, Fire/Safety Reviews, OASAS Facility and Recertification Inspections, and outcome measurements as required by insurance companies or Catholic Charities Community Services of Orange, Sullivan & Ulster.
6. Ensure completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
7. Oversight of assignment and collection of all fees including third party, self-pay and Medicaid.
8. Lead daily team meetings.
9. Ensure seamless integration of Clinical and Administrative staff and any related issues.
10. Provide direct-care services as needed.
11. Participate in supervision as required by the Clinical Director.
12. Assist in the development and implementation of in-service training projects.
13. Ensure that clinical staff are able to attend clinical trainings in order to increase expertise and meet their licensure requirements.
14. Participate in external meetings representing the agency as assigned by the Clinical Director.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
Education and/or experience required:
• Qualified Health Professional with 5 years’ experience in the Addiction/Mental Health field.
• One year of Supervisory experience.
• Relevant Master’s level degree a plus.

Skills, Licenses, and/or competencies required:
• Maintain full compliance with Federal confidentiality regulations governing substance abuse records as outlined in 42 CFR Part 2 and with the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information (45 CFR Parts 160 and 164).
• CASAC, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW
• Ability to have flexible hours to provide coverage or urgent triage when needed.
